Feels like a cottage in the city! Cleverly renovated former garage, close to beach, transit, parks and restaurants. Full gourmet kitchen, spa bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Washer/dryer in suite. Sleeping loft with skylight lets you see the stars. Parking and access to outdoor space with barbeque. Underfloor heating lets you walk barefoot even in the winter. Unfortunately due to city regulations the Cottage is now only available for longer stays. Please contact us for details. The space The suite started life as a two car garage, but it's completely transformed into a sweet little cottage. Access is through the backyard which you will share with us and our two mostly well behaved children. Street parking is available by permit. Train tracks run behind the house and are used by VIA and GO a couple of times an hour, but they do not run at night. Guest access The guest suite is entirely yours, but you share the backyard with us. Enter through the garden gate off of the lane. Other things to note We have free parking for one vehicle. Extra on street parking is available by permit through the City of Toronto website. Search for Temporary On-Street Parking. If you need help printing your permit let us know.
