Lovely home in the country, but close to everything. Natural lighting fills the home. The back is wooded with a creek running through. We offer a sparkling clean environment...Take Care. The space Our home is located just outside of Ithaca, NY, eight miles from Cornell University. It is a contemporary home built in 2011 with an open floor plan. It is clean, bright, and cheery, filled with natural light in the front and the back. There are three bedrooms, a loft, two full baths, an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Feel free to enjoy the house, which sleeps seven; however, we could put up a cot or supply an extra mattress to accommodate one more. Air Conditioning runs throughout the home, making it comfortable year-round. Our home is on a cozy lot. It is wooded in the back with a running creek. Looking out the front of the house, there is a beautiful vista of trees and fields. We also have wonderful neighbors. Enjoy the entire house except for the basement unit, which the owners sometimes occupy. There is a nice restaurant, Rogue's Harbor, as well as a pizza shop, sub shop, post office, hair salon, and gift shop within a couple of miles. The Ithaca airport is 12 minutes away. Cornell University is 15 minutes and the Commons area is 17 minutes. Other places of interest are: King Ferry winery (17 min.), Seward House (35 min.), Harriet Tubman House (33 min.), Women's Suffrage Rights National Historic Park (55 min.), and many waterfalls and gorges (Treman State Park, Buttermilk Falls State Park, Taughannock Falls State Park) are all less than 25 min away.
