Comfortable living in a nice neighborhood. Enjoy the quiet and safe area with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, convenient stores, banks and shopping area. Minutes walk to MTA subway station and bus stop. Laundry mat around the block. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Other things to note New Yorker takes pride helping our environment by recycling. We ask our guests to join in and recycle plastic and paper by putting them in the labeled bins next to the building.
