Cabin 2 is the largest of our 4 cabins with a full kitchen and is beautifully appointed with A/C and a gas log fireplace. All are located directly on the Ivy River, a stocked trout, stream and an easy 20 min. drive to Asheville. And 15 minutes in the other direction is the Big Ivy portion of Pisgah National Forest and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy the sounds of the river from your covered porch, or enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains. Our cabins are rustic luxury at it's finest! The space The cabins at Ivy River Lodge are conveniently located only 20 minutes from Asheville and sit just feet from the Ivy River. Cabin 2 is our largest cabin available. It is beautifully decorated with a queen size bed, a dining area that overlooks the river, a fold out sofa in the living room with a custom built rock, gas log fireplace, and a full sized, gourmet kitchen. We also have 3 other cabins listed on airbnb, so make sure you check them out, too! And, don't forget to like us on (website hidden) to see more pictures! While staying in our cabins, guests will have access to a park like setting and can enjoy all the river has to offer or relax by the pond and listen to the waterfall. Also on site are BBQ grills, and a riverside fire pit for those cool nights. For larger parties or events, there is a 400 square foot enclosed pavilion steps from the river that can be utilized for an additional fee. you may also enjoy one of several outdoor sitting areas that overlook the pond or the river. In close proximity to Ivy River Lodge, you will find unlimited access to rafting, biking, hiking, fishing, motorcycling, skiing, and all the Appalachian Mountains have to offer! And, just five minutes down the road is the world famous Navitat Zip-Line Course! We do live on the property so you may see us or may not, but we are always happy to help with suggestions on local attractions and must see or dos. We also have some great recommendations for where to eat when in town.
