42 m² apartment in a mountain house

We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake). The space Departures of hiking trails located at 200m from the house, leading to the top of the Parmelan and the Perthuis pass. Guest access The access to the accommodation is by motorized vehicle or, on foot from the village (but be careful, it's far away from the village (about 3km) and it climbs!). Access to the apartment is through a private entrance directly into the living room (kitchen open to living room). It is possible to park 2 vehicles in front of the entrance of the apartment.
