Newly renovated, placed in a charming, historic part of Bossolasco and fully equipped, Maison Demetrio makes its guests feel like home. Swimming pool and a tennis court are available for our guests. (more information in Description below) The space Maison Demetrio accommodates 4 guests in 2 separate bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and a covered, private garage. Additional car can be easily parked next to the house (free of charge). We allow guests to access our private swimming pool in JULY and AUGUST. The swimming pool is located approx. 1 km away from the rental house, is free of charge and available from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. It is a shared swimming pool so it can happen that me, my family or other guests will be around. The tennis court costs 10€/hour and is available for the whole day. Guest access The house is for guests' exclusive use. Guests can use all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, tv etc.). On the guests request, additional bed for a small child can be arranged free of charge. Other things to note Clean towels and bed sheets will be prepared free of charge for a guests arrival.
