The space The house is a small typical old building, very bright and fresh, newly renovated. The apartment is located at the ground floor, it includes 2 private parking spots. The entrance is on a beautiful terrace from which you have an amazing view of the lake and mountains. In the living area you will find a large sofa-bed, a leaf table and a small but very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is composed by a large double bed, a cozy dunk bed, an open closet and tricks for all ages :). The bathroom includes all the essentials and a washhouse, towels are provided. WiFi, TV and bed sheets are included. Two bikes are free to use during your stay to explore all the natural beauties of Dervio.
