This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe The space The cabin has just undergone a complete renovation with a new bathroom, floors, paint, trim , queen size bed and driveway, space is 225 sq ft. A little slice of paradise close to all amenities. Set on 45 acres, with a main house and cosy rustic cabin. There are trails, forests, turkey, deer and wildlife on the property. There is also an outdoor fire pit for your convenience. It features an old tennis court that has hosted weddings, hand-fasting's and spiritual retreats and rituals. Perfect for exploring nature on the many forest trails, multiple stone walls, trees and plants make up this piece of paradise. Nearby are the historic forts from the battle of 1812, caves and waterfalls, beautiful lakes and rivers, Lake Ontario and Oneida all make this area a must see. Winter the snowmobile trails start across the road and go for miles, this is the start of the tug hill region. Beautiful fall foliage there really is something for every season There is a great bar at the end of the road that sells good food at great prices and is family friendly, a 24/7 diner, a nice pizza restaurant, Subway and Dunkin’ Donuts are also a 5 mile trip into the village. Guest access Parking is available at the cabin, multiple areas for RV's, tents and campers also. Access is completely private by a 100yd driveway, A new front deck has also been added for your enjoyment with rocking chairs, as well as seating around the fire pit We just did a full renovation in the cabin adding a queen size bed, fold down desk to use as a work space, large shower, new floors etc, There is also a stone driveway to the cabin that is 12ft wide and will alleviate problems caused by excess snow and rainwater. Other things to note Both spiritual and pagan rituals are held here from time to time but it will not interfere with your stay. We welcome diversity.
