The accommodation's a basic single room with a single bed equipped with electric raise and lower of both the head and feet ends for your maximum comfort. There's an electric heater available in winter if require, just ask. You also have the shared use of a toilet and shower/bath. A light, continental style breakfast is included in the price, available between 06.30 and 09.30 in the main kitchen. Free fast (up to 80mbs) WiFi for guests. The space House number on the gate is 177 Guest access You are welcome to use the shared kitchen, patio, gardens, **swimming pool and the *pétanque pitch at the rear of the house (some well used boules and a cochonnet are available to borrow). During your stay I am usually about the place if you are needing information. *There is a small Pétanque court at the rear of the house which you are welcome to make use of. * Subject to weather conditions. Other things to note The saltwater swimming pool is free for guests use in season (late-May to September) but subject to availability. This just means that from time to time I have to carry out routine maintenance to keep the pool at its best. This sometimes involves closing the pool for a few hours (usually over night), while I do the work.
