At Wr. Neustadt private room in a green quiet location!

In the immediate vicinity of Wiener Neustadt or 35 km south of Vienna is my little idyll. Here I rent two separate double rooms each with a double bed, desk, closets and Wi-Fi. (There is a stepped listing for each room) A private toilet with small sink is available for my guests. The shared bathroom with bathtub, shower and large washbasin is located on the first floor. For more than 3 guests, 2 reservations must be booked. The space The house is in a very quiet neighborhood far from the noise, ideal for people looking for peace. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the house. The kitchen with dining table and the anteroom are available for shared use. No SMOKING in the HOUSE! Guest access Of course, the garden and terrace are also at your disposal. If you arrive by bike or motorbike, you can park it on the property. During the summer months you are also welcome to refresh yourself in the garden. So that living together works smoothly, I ask you to follow the following rules: My rooms are well-equipped and suitable for travellers who travel a lot during the day and want to relax and rest in the evening. You share the kitchen and bathroom with me, a 55-year-old girl who loves to travel herself:-) Please ONLY smoke on the terrace! The most important thing for me is that care is taken to ensure that the cigarette butts end up in the ashtray and not on the floor. Thank you PLEASE no street shoes inside the house In the anteroom there are slippers for guests Cooking and eating in the room is strictly prohibited, for your meals the kitchen, and if the weather allows, the terrace is of course also available. You can use the kitchen until 8 p.m. only for light meals. When leaving the house, please lock the door. Parking your car with bike trailer in the public parking lot in front of the house. There is strict waste separation in the house. Paper; glass; metal; plastic and residual waste. You will find in front of the kitchen in the garden: a bag for residual waste, for plastic (yellow bag) and an orange bin for metal. Leg entrance is the paper and garbage can In the kitchen is a green box for organic waste and a black container for waste paper. Next to your room you will find the guest toilet It is not allowed to do laundry in the rooms and too dry. Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to €200.00 Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am If a key is lost, I will charge you for the cost of replacing the security lock.
