A cozy, historic (c.1896) village home welcomes all visitors to our lovely upstate New York college town! The space Located within easy walking distance of a park, our lovely downtown (all of two blocks long, but filled with coffee shops, gift shops, restaurants, and even a restored 1920s movie theatre!). You'll see why so many students and families love this college town, a very welcoming and warm place, located near Letchworth State Park, the "Grand Canyon of the East," as well as numerous Finger Lakes wineries and other attractions. Guest access Private bed room, shared full and half bath, huge back yard with perennial and annual gardens and a lovely, quiet patio where the birds will serenade you every morning and evening. During your stay We're here on the property to help you during your stay, answer any questions, and make sure your visit is pleasant and enjoyable. Other things to note Our cats are friendly and "helpful"--feel free to let us know if they get too familiar! Please note that the room accommodates no more than two guests, and that we can’t accommodate very young children (under 5)—the house isn’t completely or reliably “child-proofed,” and one of our kitties can be rather hissy/grumpy around small children.
