- Spacious standalone studio w/ own bathroom, queen bed - Private entrance - Safe quiet neighborhood, plenty parking - Recently built home, nicely kept, bright spacious rooms - conveniently close to: Nvidia, Santa Clara University, Santana Row, Apple, Levi's Stadium - 20min walk to Nvidia - 5min walk to lots of restaurants - Sorry, no pets are allowed. The space This is a standalone studio ie. cottage, separated from the main house. It has it's own heating/cooling system. Very nice private space. Guest access In the backyard's covered patio there are: fridge, microwave, stove, washer, dryer which you are welcome to use anytime. Other things to note - Enter property through gate on garage side of house - Continue right to the back, you will see your cottage studio - Room light can be dimmed by the light switch (movable notch up/down) - Garbage pickup is on Tuesday morning, remember to put trash out before Monday night. - I believe in giving guests complete privacy upon entry through departure.
