Happy Home @ Kempas is a double storey landed house at Taman Bukit Kempas • 5 rooms for 12 Guest, max extra 4 single bed can be provided. (F.O.C) • Bed sheets, duvet covers & pillow provided. • Large parking spaces which enable big group, Max 6-7 vehicles to park in. • 2 bathrooms with hot shower • 5 rooms with air-conditioners, and 1 spare room with stand fan • Self check-in system - Check yourself in with the button combination padlock The space Entire house : 28 x 115 With 1 Master bedroom and 4 medium room, Large parking spaces which enable big group, 6-7 vehicles to park in. Other things to note House Rules: We love to host everyone. Therefore, we ask your kindness to do us favours as following: 1. Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out before 12:00 pm 2. Kindly respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise level down after 10:00 pm 3. No party are allowed without permission. 4. Note: If there is no advance notice of the above activities, it will be found that the double fee will be charged. 5. Please switch off all the air con/ light whenever you leave the house and we encourage all guests to switch off all electrical appliances when not in use. 6. Please take off your shoes when entering the house 7. Pets and smoking is not allowed in the house. 8. Guests can use the kitchenware, please clean up after using. 9. After cooking, please separate the biodegradable and non-biodegradable thrown out of the trash immediately 10. The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility, please inspect the house before check-out. The owner will not be held responsible for missing items. 11. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. 12. Please do not take any belongings here when checking out 民宿规则: 1. Check-in: After 3: 00pm, Check-out: Before 12: 00pm Check-out: After 12: 00pm 2. We are good neighbors, please keep the volume down after 10: 00 pm. 3. If you want to hold a party or event, you need to get the consent of the host. Note: If there is any of the above activities without prior notice, you will be fined twice. 4. Please be sure to turn off all the electricity when you're not using the air conditioner, water heater and electricity. 5. Please take off your shoes when you enter the house 6. No pet and no smoking allowed in the house. 7. Guests can use kitchen utensils in the kitchen, please clean up after use. 8. Please separate the used kitchen waste and throw it in the trash can outside. 9. The safety of valuables is the personal responsibility of the guest, please check your personal belongings carefully before checking out, the owner will not be responsible for lost things. 10. If you accidentally break something in the homestay, please let me know so I can arrange for its replacement or repair. 11. Do not take anything that belongs here with you when you check out
