Reasonable fees apply and to be paid directly to the Property Administration (P150 on a regular day/P300 on holidays per pax.) Other things to note 1.After booking confirmation, all check-in guests are required to submit a copy of their passport or any valid ID/s to be sent via air bnb, email, viber or messenger for proper turn over to the front desk. This is to ensure safety and security of all condo tenants and guests. Condo admin has a strict policy of unregistered guest.Please ensure to indicate correct number of guest/s for check in.Failure to indicate all name/s of companions will result in their non admittance in the condo. 2. Check in is strictly at 2pm onwards while check out is strictly on or before 12nn. Early check in/late check out is subject to the availability of the unit. 3. Swimming pool is located at the 2nd floor. Open from 6am to 10pm. Reasonable fees apply to be paid directly to our property mgt office.They charged P150 on a regular days/P300 on holidays per pax. Condo mgt office is open from 9am-5pm. Expect long lines in the admin office during busy hours so please secure your pool permit early especially if you wish to swim at night or early morning . Pool attendant won't allow guests to use facilities without any permit presented. If you need assistance for hassle free use of the swimming pool, please let me know before arrival since I don't live near the area . 4. Shore Residences is a no- smoking complex.No smoking policy is observed inside the unit and all common areas. Alarm is so sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit .It will incur penalty of P5000. 5. For sanitary reasons and to maintain cleanliness of the unit, please take off your shoes. A shoe rack is found in the entrance. Use the slippers provided. 6. Rest assured that every guests will be served with clean beddings, towels, pillow case and bathroom mats. If there will be any or additional request, please let me know in advance. 7. Stains (i. hair color, body tanning spray, nail polish, paint) found in the mattress/comforters/towels after check out will be subject to extra charge. 8. Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. Please bear in mind that this is not a hotel. Cleaning is done after check out. Request for extra cleaning and change of beddings will be charged P700 to be paid directly to my assistant. Please notify me the day before since I don't live near the area. 9. For long staying guests , (at least 12 nights) cleaning is done after 4 nights, 10. No washing machine is available inside the unit, however there are laundry shops located at the ground floor. 11. Dispose trash properly. Garbage room is located beside the elevators. 12. Cooking is allowed but please observe caution in using the induction cooker. Please use the range hood. Any smoke coming from the unit will trigger the alarm and is subject to a penalty. 13.Please handle unit key, appliances and remote controls with care. We may charge guests for lost/broken/damaged items. 14. Family with young children are welcome but no cot provided. 15. A pay parking is available in the condo premises on a “first-come-first serve” basis subject to a fee of P50 for the 1st 4 hours plus P50 for every hour or fraction thereof for every succeeding hour. Overnight fee is P300 plus P50 per hour in excess. A cheaper pay parking is available in Petron Gasoline Station (about 200 meters away from the condo) . 16. Only registered guest/s are alllowed to stay overnight.Condo admin is really strict with late visitors and unregistered guests.If you are expecting relatives or visitors please inform me at least a day before so I can advise our admin. 17.Claims for loss or damage discovered within 24 hours from check out will be charged against your security deposit. 19. Shore Residences is located along Seaside Blvd. cor Sunrise Drive, Moa Complex, Pasay City. 20. As much as I want to accomodate all guest, as per condo property mgt. same day /last minute booking is not allowed for security and safety of all unit owners and tenants. At least 2 days notice (cut off is 4pm-Philippine time) is required for proper turn over to our front desk.
