The Studio apartment is situated in the old fisherman's quarter le "Quartier Haut" which is transforming into an artistic area with art workshops, galleries, exhibitions and even painted murals on a few houses.... just three minutes walk to the centre of town! It is a romantic well-appointed little nest, close to all amenities and fun places: an amazing lively market hall, restaurants, venues, canal and seaside walks, etc. The space The studio has been totally refurbished in 2021. I think you will find this space cozy, comfortable and functional. Guest access There is an electronic digit code with an interphone to enter the building. Then you will find a mechanical digital lock on the apartment door. The codes will be given to you before your arrival. Other things to note The apartment is centrally located. There is free street parking in all the surrounding streets, but it can sometimes be difficult to find a parking spot. There is also a paying car park about 4 minutes away.
