Our beautiful, private, family cottage guarantees the Muskoka vacation of your dreams, any time of year. With a shallow sandy beach and over 600’ of pristine shoreline on a quiet, motor-free lake, sweeping lawns & gardens, Muskoka chairs & hammocks for maximum relaxation, a swing set & floating waterslide for kids, modern interior finishes plus a hot tub and 3-person infrared sauna (both operational year round), this is the perfect setting for your next family getaway. Pet and child friendly. The space Ideal for large families (sleeps up to 6)or up to 3 couples, there are countless indoor and outdoor entertaining amenities, including a flagstone patio with a grillzebo gas barbecue and comfortable outdoor seating, a beach volleyball court, enclosed outdoor shower, flat stretches of grass ideal for lawn games (you’ll find bocce in the "Owl's Nest), an outdoor fire bowl for smores and singalongs, and the “Owl’s Nest”, a large entertainment room for the kids off the garage stocked with board games. Not to mention kayaks, canoes, paddleboat and SUP for fun on the lake! The 3-bedroom main cottage was recently renovated with the addition of a magnificent Muskoka Room that houses the hot tub, large harvest dining table and entertainment area, with unlimited Starlink internet, flatscreen TV's and electric fireplace. The two large guest bedrooms each feature a twin over queen bunk beds and the master bedroom has a king. The bright, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher and all the dishes/cutlery you’ll need. Plus, you certainly won’t run out of fridge space (we’ve got 2!). Also includes coffee maker, air-conditioning, stand-up washer and dryer, Starlink Internet and many movies for the whole family on the PVR. Please bring your own linen, towels and beach towels. We have a drilled well and the water from the tap is potable. We are on a septic system, so please don’t flush anything other than toilet paper. Rugged Muskoka driveway provides lots of parking. We also have Mosquito Buzz service the property to reduce the amount of mosquitoes. Outdoor auto lighting and automatic irrigation system ensure the grounds look stunning, day or night!
