Amazing detached guest house located in great neighborhood near walking and hiking trails of Mt. Baldy, Ontario airport and convention center (15 mins), and the Claremont Colleges (15 mins). Central SoCal location nearby Metrolink train to downtown LA in 1 hour or a 1 hour drive to Palm Springs area. You will enjoy your stay in this 700 square foot guest house with separate bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, and great living space with sofa, and television. The space The guest house is located in the rear corner of our large backyard providing great separation and privacy from the our main house. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with great seating areas to enjoy the wonderful California weather. We have a beautiful pool that provides a great water feature, however, due to safety concerns the pool is not available for guest use. Guest can access the guest unit conveniently from the side entry gate of our house and are welcome to off street parking in our driveway during their stay. (Guests may park only one vehicle during their stay) The guest house is well appointed for your stay with plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, and a Keurig coffee machine. Guest access Guest may use the outdoor space but not the pool or spa. Other things to note Our place is only available for stays of 31 or more days. We have a great family dog that you may meet during your stay. Pool and spa use is not permitted. Guests may park one vehicle on street or in driveway during their stay.
