Beautiful 250 m2 house with pool, garden and terrace near the Seine on a quiet street. Close to Paris Expo, the Porte de Versailles exhibition hall. Close to transport: metro/RER for Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Versailles 20 minutes away. Ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! We have 2 very cuddly cats. Price is 600 euros for 5 bedrooms, 700 euros for 6 bedrooms. During the holidays we ideally rent by the week. Next to it, a bedroom with double beds and a large-screen TV. In my wife's office, there is the possibility of having another bedroom with a small bed for an extra 100 euros per night. (which brings the capacity of our accommodation to 10 people). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Toilet and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Enclosed garden with swimming pool (4X2) installed in summer and furnished terrace - deckchairs, hammock. 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 30 m2, with a large 180 cm bed, 1 toilet - 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, a dressing room, a furnished terrace. 2nd floor: two 25 m2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom area on the landing with a small bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a toilet. In the basement, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Guest access The house is rented entirely with our two adorable cats who stay at home. We ask everyone to take care of our home as if you were at home.
