We are close to Liberty University, Randolph & Lynchburg College. Quiet and convenient for nurses, students, couples, or business people! Long Term: $550/month The space This home is one of a kind! It's situated on 2.5 acres in the Rivermont historic district and only minutes from Lynchburg General Hospital, Randolph College and downtown Lynchburg. We offer off street parking: full length driveway and 3 side parking spaces (Off street parking is available if needed). For our guests we offer: living room with plenty of seating, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen, outside patio and screened in porch, overlooking the serene backyard, and a quiet restful atmosphere. Guest access Full kitchen, washer & dryer on main floor, living room with piano, decks with furniture, screened in porch overlooking nature (watching deer and birds in the morning is one of my favorite things about this home!) During your stay I will be there to check you in so we can exchange information and make sure you are all set for your stay! Other things to note Each room in the house has it own key/lock. Upon your arrival you will be given your bedroom's key, as well as the front door key. Monthly Lease Terms: $550/month, 3-6 month leases. Travel nurses and post-grad students welcome.
