The large garden with sauna, whirlpool and fireplace completes the feel-good experience perfectly. The space This well-equipped villa combines comfort, spaciousness, and high-quality furnishings. The ground floor features two comfortable bedrooms and an inviting living room – ideal for relaxing evenings. The first floor features another spacious living room with a fireplace. Two additional bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. A total of three modern bathrooms are available. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire garden area. Both the front terrace and the rear garden, with its sauna, outdoor shower, hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor fireplace, are available for private use. All outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for our guests and offer plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. Other things to note The outdoor whirlpool is only available from May 14th to October 15th and can be pre-filled and heated upon request. Registration is required prior to arrival. A one-time fee of €45 applies for use. Please note that a tourist tax is charged per person per night. High season from May 15th to September 15th: Adults: €3.00 Low season from September 16th to May 14th: Adults: €1.70 Overnight stays for compelling business reasons are not taxed. Only short-term stays are included in the tax! Children up to 18 years of age do not pay the tourist tax. In addition, water and electricity consumption are billed separately: • Water: €17 per m³ • Electricity: €0.45 per kWh Meter readings are taken jointly upon arrival and departure. The costs incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Absolutely no parties allowed! Two electric blinds are currently being installed in the downstairs bedroom, and the wall is exposed in that spot—but behind the curtain. There's no danger—it's just a cosmetic issue.
