The "Lipari-Acquacalda line" stop is in front of the property. From the port and the historic center of Lipari, the residence is 4 km away. Three-room apartment located on the second floor of a villa in typical Aeolian style. It consists of a large kitchen with sofa bed (double), a double bedroom with third extra bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle (no bidet and light window), bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, full bathroom with shower stall and bidet (with light window). The apartment features light windows inside. Small outdoor space (kitchen-living room front) passing through. Upstairs you can access a covered terrace with a panoramic view and equipped with a shared table and chairs.
