Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace. The space DAS HAUS AM PIER is modern and well designed. A main living area with open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace. Have dinner looking out onto the lake or while enjoying the sunset on the large private sundeck. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with king size beds, with direct access to the spacious south-west terrace. In addition, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms - one with shower and double vanity, one with shower and WC. 1 additional WC A large, private sundeck where guest can enjoy the lake, sunbath, swim, use the two stand-up paddle boards or moor their boat. In case the weather should not be perfect for a day the house boasts high-speed fibre WiFi, a smart TV (Netflix, etc.) and a multi-room audio-system.
