Welcome to Barceloneta, the fishing district of Barcelona. Your apartment awaits you here: everything you need in a single, perfectly renovated, cosy and bright space located on the 4th floor without a lift. And the best part: a terrace with sea views and exclusive access to the roof of the building, where you can contemplate the sunrise from the sea in the morning or relax at sunset practicing yoga. Upon entering the apartment you will see a nice open space with a small table and the open kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook at home if you don't feel like going out. Two bedrooms, one single and the other double with a small balcony from which you can look out to contemplate the streets of the neighborhood, and the bathroom, tiny but ultra-comfortable. Once installed, the only thing left to do is decide whether to play the beach or the city today. If you like the beach, imagine yourself swimming, doing a paddle surf course, running along the shores of the Mediterranean or simply enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood, especially known for its rice and fish, and its lively tapas bars and vermouth bars. If you prefer to explore Barcelona, in 10 minutes you arrive at the city centre to enjoy the most emblematic neighborhoods, buildings and monuments: el Gòtic, the Raval, Plaça de Catalunya, the Passeig de Gràcia... The apartment enjoys excellent transport links with the airport and is well served by public transport. The Hospital del Mar is located 500m away and you have the Barceloneta market, a typical local market opened in 1884 where you can go shopping like a true local resident. It’s well worth a visit. In addition, you have the support of the Lodging Apartments team, which offers you a 24-hour telephone service. Please note that this little gem is rented on a monthly basis. Other things to note Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996) Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts). Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed. Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months. Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES UTILITIES (Electricity, Water, Gas & Wi-Fi) Monthly consumption is included up to €150 - €200 (depending on the unit). Any excess will be charged to the guest. Please use energy responsibly! CHECK-IN & FEES Standard: 15:00 to 20:00, from Mon-Fri (except Bank Holidays). Late Arrivals: Must be paid at check-in (cash/card): Mon-Fri: 20:00-00:00 (€40) | After 00:00 (€60). Weekends & Holidays: Until 20:00 (€30) | After 20:00 (€60). DRIVING IN BARCELONA If you bring a foreign-registered car, you must register it online (ZBE zone) before arrival to avoid heavy fines. For parking, we recommend the Parclick app. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Strictly NO parties or loud music. Disturbances may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Only registered guests allowed. SMOKING & ENERGY No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Please turn off A/C and lights whenever you leave. DEPARTURE (11:00 AM) Leave keys on the table (do not use the mailbox). Warning: Doors lock automatically—don't leave your keys inside! Please wash the dishes and take out the trash on your last day.
