Guests are allowed to use the entire house, fenced in backyard, and front yard. Guests may park in the ally behind the garage, but most guests prefer to park right on the street in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood where off street parking is always available. Both hosts live just minutes away and can be contacted anytime during your stay. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just blocks away from our other 3 bedroom Airbnb bungalow! Within walking distance is Pop-art (where customers can make art projects trending on Pinterest), a cute gift shop with fun, silly, and practical gift; and Ranison - an ice cream/candy shop! The house is 4 blocks from Viterbo University, 3 blocks from Mayo, about 12 blocks from Gundersen, 8 blocks to UWL, and 9 blocks to the downtown. Public bus transportation within a block (pickup at Ranison Ice Cream & Candy), Walk right down Market Street to be in the heart of downtown (about 9 blocks). Many guests request early arrivals and late check outs. We try our best to accommodate all requests when our calendar availability and cleaners’ schedules allow. There is a $20 fee for each additional hour that your group uses the premise. This fee is added right into the original reservation and is determined a day prior to travel dates. The fee helps cover extra utility and supply expenses, last minute changes to our cleaners’ schedules (often times we don’t have a large enough window to turn over a property between stays with early arrivals and late checkouts unless we block our calendar for another night), and also with administrative logistics.
