Description
In the heart of La Crosse, this freshly renovated 1920’s Craftsman home is full of character and old-world charm. The home is just minutes from downtown and blocks from both hospitals and all the three colleges. The house features original woodwork, vintage tile, cozy radiant heat, beautiful leaded glass windows, 9 foot ceilings, an upstairs office suite, a large sun porch with French doors, and hardwood floors throughout. Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 each The space Charming Bungalow in a Great Location and quiet residential neighborhood – A La Crosse Gem! Clean, stylish and homey, within minutes of downtown La Crosse. High speed fiber optic internet is available for guests. There is also a fenced in backyard. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the entire house, fenced in backyard, and front yard. Guests may park in the ally behind the garage, but most guests prefer to park right on the street in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood where off street parking is always available. Other things to note Many guests request early arrivals and late check outs. We try our best to accommodate all requests when our calendar availability and cleaners’ schedules allow. There is a $20 fee for each additional hour that your group uses the premise. This fee is added right into the original reservation and is determined a day prior to travel dates. The fee helps cover extra utility and supply expenses, last minute changes to our cleaners’ schedules (often times we don’t have a large enough window to turn over a property between stays with early arrivals and late checkouts unless we block our calendar for another night), and also with administrative logistics. Thank you for understanding all that goes on behind the scenes to make this possible for many of our guests in La Crosse homes!” Please note the staircase to the second floor is original to the home (built in the 1920’s) and steeper than we would expect today.
