Located at the heart of the Metro, the place is a haven for travelers and guests looking for a quiet, cozy stay. Whether in a vacation or staycation, guests would feel right at home. The place features a white brick wall with a daybed that’s perfect for relaxing or reading a novel during a rainy day. The kitchenette has all the things you need for guests whipping up their own creations. The space The whole unit is yours for the whole stay. However, do keep in mind to treat the items in the unit with due care just as you would at your own home. The place houses up to 4 guests. BIG PARTIES within the unit are NOT ALLOWED, however the building has a clubhouse that functions as an events place so if you’re planning to have a party, do inform me beforehand so I could reserve the place for you (for a separate fee). Guest access Guests have access to the pool, kids’ playground, and the mini-gym park just by the poolside. There’s a garden for guests who want to do yoga as well. Other things to note For guests looking for long-term stays, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the utility bills during your whole stay.
