Bright one bedroom apmt in the heart of Lavachet!

My one bedroom apartment is in the heart of Lavachet. The apartment is colourful and bright with a modern kitchen and everything you'd need for your stay. I welcome everyone who wishes to enjoy a stay in the lovely resort of Tignes! The space My one bedroom apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for your stay. The open plan kitchen has a large integrated fridge and large freezer. It has a 4 ring induction hob, full size fan oven, integrated dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetière, blender, and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The windows face South, looking up to the Grande Balme so the apartment benefits from plenty of sunlight during the day. There is a flat screen TV with UK Freeview channels available and French terrestrial channels. There is a fold away dining table stored at the side of the breakfast bar, or you can use the stools around the large kitchen island. There are two height adjustable stools at the breakfast bar which can also be used at the fold away dining table. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. There is a door out onto the balcony from here and the main windows face South with views up to the Glacier and Grand Balme. There is also a second West facing window in the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room The bathroom has a bath with dual shower attachment, wash basin, and the toilet is separate. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The L shaped balcony runs across the living area from which there is a door outside, and also runs down the side of the apartment to the bedroom. It benefits from fantastic views across the mountains and is perfect for drinks out on the balcony in the sunshine. There is a ski locker in the entrance way of the building. The apartment has a fast, free and private fibre optic wifi connection. I provide bed linen and one towel for each guest. There is a selection of herbs, spices and store cupboard basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, flour, oil etc to get you started for your stay. I also provide a full range of cleaning and disinfecting products to use in the apartment during your stay. If you are bringing a pet with you I ask for a 50€ deposit via Airbnb after booking, this is refundable to you via Airbnb after check out if no problems arise from your pet staying in the apartment. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility Other things to note This apartment is STRICTLY NO-SMOKING! Please always use the ski locker to store skis and snowboards and always remove ski boots in the entrance way of the building. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left clean and tidy as you found it please. Cleaning products, a hoover and mop are provided.
