Our B&B, located in the quiet and relaxing historic village of Trebiano, offers a magical and welcoming experience. Guests have called it a "magical village" thanks to its enchanting atmosphere and tranquility. The property is a short walk from Lerici and the Gulf of Poets, in the province of La Spezia, and offers the opportunity to explore the wonderful CAI trekking routes to Versilia and beyond. The room is independent of the rest of the B&B, equipped with a private bathroom, a small room and can accommodate up to two people. There is no air conditioning, but the room remains naturally cool during the summer. The furnishings, the result of careful research with local artisans, bear witness to the past and confer a romantic and familiar atmosphere, typical of our beloved Liguria. Breakfast, prepared by us, is continental and can be adapted to vegan and gluten-free requests. Guests also have access to the indoor kitchen to prepare their own meals. The space Our house, located in the heart of the historic center of Trebiano, is an ancient three-story residence, characterized by ancient marble stairs and an enchanting view of the sea of Lerici and the Magra valley. Immersed in a quiet environment, the house offers a cozy and familiar atmosphere, where guests feel at home. Trebiano is a magical town, described by visitors as a nocturnal nativity scene thanks to its yellow lights that illuminate the streets and the small castle. Our simple and genuine hospitality is appreciated by those who visit us, and we are proud to offer a relaxing and peaceful stay, away from the daily hustle and bustle. The strategic location of our house allows you to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Sarzana, Luni Mare and other fascinating locations such as Lucca, Pisa, Genoa and the Grotte del Vento. In addition, the town offers historical attractions such as the old prisons dating back to 963 and a small castle, making each visit a unique experience. For twelve years we have been welcoming our guests with joy, sharing with them the beauty and serenity of Trebiano, and we are happy to grow old with them in this corner of paradise. Our house is not just a place to stay, but a refuge where simplicity and friendliness are at home. Guest access Guests have free access to all common areas of the house, including the breakfast room, which can be used for reading and dining. The kitchen is available to everyone, and upon request, the hosts can prepare dinner, offering the opportunity to share moments of conviviality. Guests receive their own keys, allowing them to enter and exit at any time. Half-board can be requested to savor the typical products of Liguria. For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, we can arrange a special dinner or provide details such as a rose or a bottle of fine wine. Love has no age, and we are here to make your stay memorable. During your stay We are always available for any need of our guests. We offer advice on walking and cycling routes, and we love to chat with them about places to visit in the surrounding area. We explain how to take the train or ship to explore Portovenere and the enchanting Cinque Terre. For bicycle lovers, ours is the ideal place: you can go to Monte Marcello, go down to Amelia, Bocca di Magra, continue to Viareggio and discover alternative routes. In addition, for those who want to work and enjoy a short vacation, we offer an excellent internet connection for smart working, with a small supplement. Other things to note Our bed and breakfast is designed to make our guests feel at home, whether they are traveling with family, alone, or for work. We are happy to welcome anyone who wants to meet us and enjoy a pleasant stay. Each room is exposed to the sun, offering a view of the valley and a glimpse of the sea of Lerici.
