Independent studio in large house

Close to the city center, I offer a detached studio with bathroom. The studio is attached to my house. It is brand new and equipped with a TV, microwave, stove, small fridge, kettle and plenty of storage. The space Residential neighborhood, very close to the city center. Other things to note Some areas of the house (such as the pool and family garden) are reserved for guests. Thank you for respecting our privacy and not accessing these spaces.
