The space With two separate self-contained buildings, Almonta Escape is ideal for large families or couples alike. The Main House is available for all bookings of up to 4 people. It features 2 bedrooms (1 queen and one double/bunk), open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas (including oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and diswasher), bathroom and laundry (including washing machine). Adjoining the main bedroom is an undercover deck ideal for relaxing with a coffee in the morning sun or enjoying a wine in the evening. Each bedroom has ceiling fans with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and main bedroom. If you are booking for more then 4 guests, then the Original Shack is also available. It features an open-plan bedroom (queen bed), lounge (which doubles as a sofa bed), dining and kitchen area (including microwave and refrigerator), along with a separate bedroom (single bunks) and bathroom. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in the living area. A porta-cot and high chair is also available. Adjoining the Original Shack is a large paved undercover area with bbq and sand pit for the kids. The large block provides plenty of room to park your cars and the boat, with a fish cleaning sink also located out the back. The property is fully fenced and gated, creating a large, safe place for children to play. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by native bush, it is just a short stroll to Long Beach or the boat ramp. Just a few steps out the front gate, tucked away behind native bushland you will also find the the Coffin Bay Oval (which features tennis courts, a playground and bike track for the kids). The renowned 1802 Oyster Bar and Restaurant, Coffin Bay General Store and the Coffin Bay Hotel are also a short walk away. Guest access The Main House is available for all bookings of up to 4 people. For bookings of more than 4 people, guests will be able to access both the Main House and Original Shack. Other things to note We supply all linen (including towels) to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy your stay in beautiful Coffin Bay!
