The enchanting town of Hay-on-Wye sits at the gateway to Brecon Beacons National Park. Hay is renown for culture, art, antiques and of course, literature with its many book shops. The area has beautiful towns, rivers, mountains and yet conveniently situated to further explore Wales, the Midlands and the South West. This bright, airy studio flat comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and is an easy 5 min walk into the town centre, yet quietly tucked away from through traffic. The space This bright and airy studio flat has everything you might need and decorated in a retro/modern style. A well equipped kitchen/diner has a fridge, hob and combination microwave which has grilling and conventional oven modes. The bedroom/living area has a king size bed and a comfy seating area to sit and read or watch TV. Just off the bedroom is a spacious shower room and toilet. Free on site parking for one vehicle. Guest access Outside is a small paved area an ideal place to take your morning coffee and although it's communal it is rarely used by other residents. Other things to note This is a no smoking property and smoking is not allowed in the property or communal entrance hall.
