My place is perfect for couples, business travelers, and families. A child's bed can be added to the spacious room. Breakfast is not included, check with the owner after booking. Another bedroom with double bed can accommodate 2 additional people by sharing the bathroom and toilet (only if you are with family or friends) The space The house dates from the early 20th century, I enlarged it and completely renovated it. It is surrounded by a 4000 m² enclosed and wooded plot, where you can relax. If you come by bike, they'll be safe in my garage. Guest access You will have access to my living room, my terrace, the entire enclosed property. On sunny days, you can have breakfast on the terrace to the sound of birdsong. During your stay I know the area very well and will guide you so you can enjoy the beaches of the Loire and advise you on walks, giving you the best addresses for the wineries of Pouilly and Sancerre. Other things to note Sensitive to ecology and sustainable development, hot water is solar, rainwater supplies the toilets, I produce photovoltaic energy, my garden and my fruit trees do not undergo any treatment. A henhouse with 3 hens allows me to occasionally offer you a fresh egg for breakfast!
