This is a lovely, very private and serene home in the woods, perfect for a quiet getaway. The deck is quite large, the furnishings are comfortable and casual. There is a lovely view of the woods from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We have just installed the Gunite pool which gets tons of sunlight. Our hot tub is also new, a great place to relax and complete privacy. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we are on two acres and have complete privacy. This is a comfortable and clean home in Sag Harbor. There is plenty of seating and extra beds. There are private spaces to retreat—the downstairs has a large flat screen and a treadmill, and two of the three bedrooms on the first floor have TVs. The view of the woods is quite calming. The lower level is a finished space with two additional full size beds and a sofa. There is a toilet and a shower stall—it is clean and functional but it is not renovated and it is inside the laundry room. I live nearby and am always available by phone or text We are about three miles to Long Beach, about four miles to the town of Sag Harbor and about the same distance to the town of Southampton. We are just a block away from The Morton Preserve and down the street from the Noyac golf club. A car is recommended but uber and taxis are easily available We want you to enjoy your stay. Please let us know if there is something you need or if anything isn’t quite right—we try our best to accommodate our guests. It is important to us that our guests do not play loud music or do anything to disturb our neighbors. We do not allow any people on the property except our registered guests unless we have been told prior and have approved. Please also note that we have just completed a large heated, saltwater pool. We have not yet photographed the pool since it was just completed in the fall and is now closed. Please check back with us, we will do more pictures in the spring.
