In a charming little village in the heart of Sauternes, close to hiking trails and the Bommes nautical base, for rent furnished cottage/studio with all the comforts you are looking for. In an outbuilding of a renovated old farmhouse you will find peace and quiet here. Independent cottage from the main house ideal for 2 people. The space The Pingua cottage is a unique room with a small equipped kitchen and a table. A mezzanine is located upstairs on which a 140 × 190 bed is installed as well as a small TV area. You also have a WIFI connection and a radio/CD player. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. Finally, a small terrace outside with a table and chairs is also available to guests. Shared parking is also available. The Gîte is independent of the ideal main residence. It is recommended for 2 people. NB: the staircase leading to the second floor is quite steep. Guest access The entrance and parking are shared with us, the owners. Other things to note Non-smoking cottage but an ashtray is available outside. Bed linen is provided as well as towels.
