Beautiful Yurt, Glamping Site near Chichester

Elessar is an award winning, sustainable yurt village nestled in the picturesque South Downs. As a family who lives in a Yurt we know how important it is to ensure you have the best outdoor experience so you can enjoy nature. Our beautiful hand crafted Mongolian yurts feel solid and welcoming. They are set in tranquil woodland, each sleeping up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children in a handmade oak double bed and 3 single fold out floor cushions. Furnished with luxury vintage furniture. The space We have 12 Yurts available in low season and 16 Yurts available in high season. They are also available for private hire, birthdays, company / corporate events and weddings with a capacity of 120 people. Each yurt is furnished with 1 handmade oak double bed with memory foam mattress, up to 3 single fold out floor cushions, hammock, an antique hand-painted table, Chesterfield sofa, natural coir flooring with a large Moroccan rug/sheepskin and beautiful drapes in white. Along with an antique wood-burning stove with an evening’s supply of wood, your own picnic table, pallet kitchen with a gas stove and kettle, and a barrel BBQ. In each yurt we will provide the double bedding and two towels for your stay, then additional single bedding if required can be added at £12.50 a set. Alternatively you have the option to bring your own bedding. You will have a hand sanitiser, antibacterial spray, tea cloth, washing up bowl and trug bucket in addition to the furnishings. The nearby shared facilities consist of a large 12 seater wood fired hot tub, amphitheatre fire pit, tree house kitchen, children's natural play area, secret woodland beach, luxury heated toilets and showers and cinema sessions in the communal 120 capacity Home Yurt with Chesterfields. Hot tub sessions can be hired for £22.50 per 40 minute session, if you would like to add this please let us know. Personal Amenity hampers at £25.00 and hammocks at £12.00 can also be hired for your stay, along with charcoal for £12.00 if you do not wish to bring your own. Our peaceful and secluded 3 acre village is only a short distance from the beautiful sandy beach of West Wittering, within walking distance from Kingley Vale National Nature Reserve, only 8 minutes to historic Chichester city centre and near to Goodwood Estate. For glamping, a yurt can sleep 2 adults and up to 3 children or a maximum of 3 adults. Guests can sleep in the 1 double and 3 single floor cushions. For private events, a yurt can sleep up to 5 people (no restrictions on age) in 1 double and 3 single beds. For corporate events, there can be a max of 4 adults per yurt - 1 double, 3 single floor cushions but only one person in the double. We also have 3 vintage self-contained Airstream Caravans with shower, toilet, kitchen, seating area, decking, picnic table and barrel BBQ.
