Cocooning house with terrace

Located in the charming district of Courlay, the old city center of Saint Palais sur Mer, you can stay in this little cocoon 1.5 km from the beach. This typical charming house offers you all the comforts for your vacation. An open kitchen with the bar table overlooking the living area and with the doors overlooking the wooden terrace with barbecue and not overlooked! On the first floor, the 2 large bedrooms (1 single guest bedroom) and the 2nd bedroom which is ours. The space Loving travel in Latin America, the house keeps a warm soul with wooden decor and a small terrace very nice to spend some time in the sun without noise :) Guest access Courlay neighborhood, not very lively but nice for walking or cycling. For your car there is a small parking lot close to the house or if it is full there is another larger one 50 m away at the media library. During your stay Don't hesitate to contact me by text on my phone, I will respond much faster than on Airbnb. Other things to note ! Attention! Only 1 bedroom for guests because currently I occupy the 2nd bedroom with my partner but we will be happy to host you in the house :) I prefer to welcome young people or people who know how to behave, it's not a hotel ^^ I am rarely at home during your stays because I work quite late in the evening.
