Please note there is a potential for traffic noise during the day. The flat is on the 4th floor in a 100-year-old heritage building. The building doesn’t have a lift and guests will have to climb stairs. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. The apartment is recently renovated. It is spacious, well light, airy and spacious. The attached balcony in the living room allows you to enjoy the views and experience some beautiful sunsets. The large windows in the apartment ensures a lot of natural light flows in. The master suite or family room has been built as a self-contained suite room. It has a king size 4 post bed and 2 additional single beds. There is a two-door cupboard for the guests to use as storage, AC, TV with cable. Microwave, kettle, and a mini fridge, basic cutlery is provided. This room has multiple large windows giving the room a pleasant feel. It can accommodate 4 guests. This room has an attached bathroom with all modern amenities. The living room is common to the guests and has a comfortable seating area, TV with firestick and a dining area. The kitchen is shared and is an open plan kitchen attached to the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, cookware, microwave, water purifier, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a bathroom in the living room in which we have provided a washing machine. The bathroom has all modern amenities. We provide the following additional amenities in the apartment to get you started – - 1 set of bath and hand towels per person - 1 set of clean sheets and blankets per bed - 1 welcome kit with essentials (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) - Cleaning is provided every alternate day on complimentary basis (on request, please let us know a day prior). Guests are requested to discard garbage on a daily basis otherwise it attracts pests. Additional cleaning is chargeable at INR 350/- per time - Bed linens and towels are replaced every 7 days on complimentary basis. Additional linen change is chargeable at INR 400/- per bed.
