Close to all amenities, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor, vet, restaurant, winegrowers... Gîte located on the Wine Route, in the center of Alsace. Ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet, close to Colmar and the surrounding tourist villages. Small animals (weight less than 10 kg...) accepted after request! The space Alsatian half-timbered tower, atypical, centenary adjoining a yellow half-timbered house, fully equipped, with outdoor terrace area, tables, parasol... Bed linens provided. Free parking on site (blue zone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, 4 hours free) Private entrance. The studio must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, very clean. A surcharge can be claimed via Airbnb if the cleaning has not been done properly... Trash emptied, bathroom cleaned etc... Airbnb Rules. Housekeeping option available at 40 euros upon request on the day of check-in. You are expected to clean and tidy the apartment before you leave.
