Our beach apartment is quite pleasant, fully equipped, only 2 blocks from the beach (2 min by foot), 30min from the airport. It has 2 bedrooms, a salon/kitchen, a bathroom & washing machine, a corner balcony, garden view, parking, A/C, WIFI. Extra: baby equipment! The cottage is pleasant, 2 blocks from the beach (2' on foot), 2nd floor, fully equipped, 2 rooms, living room-kitchen, corner terrace, garden/sea view, bathroom, laundry, parking, WIFI, A/C. as extra: baby equipment! The space The place is a pleasant, airy and sunny, close to restaurants and restaurants, beach, activities for families, cultural events, nightlife, public transport and the Health Center in Nea Moudania. Reasons you will like my place: the environment, the people, the exterior and the location because it is about half an hour away from Thessaloniki and at the same time close to the junction for the 3 feet of Halkidiki! You will feel safe and relaxed! Under the building on the ground floor, at the flats, children or adults can enjoy the shared garden, under the shade. For cleanliness we use biodegradable or environmentally friendly and human-friendly products! It is pleasant, sunny, airy and quite comfortable. In proximity, you may find beach bars, restaurants, activities for families and children, public transportation, night life, cultural activities, sites, and the Nea Moudania health center. Even though you will be in proximity to Thessaloniki ( about 30 min away) you are also in the junction accessing all 3 legs of Chalkidiki, with wonderful beaches and sites to enjoy! You will like the environment, the people, the location, will feel safe and relaxed! We also respect our people and the environment by using biodegradable cleaning products.NO Guest access You have access to the apartment, the flats on the ground floor of the building and the parking lot. 8 40.251008.23.246819 Other things to note The house has extras such as: Coffee machine, frappe, kettle, blender, hairdryer, Greek coffee maker, special espresso utensils, pots and pans, tupperware, iron and ironing board (large and small) basins, books, games for adults and children, fans beyond the air conditioner, pharmacy supplies, dvd player and some movies, tools, hats for the sea (for children and ladies) and other small items that will facilitate your stay. We also also have a short bed. On Dionysiou beach there are many pleasant all-day beach-bars for breakfast, coffee, or drink in the evening, by the sea on the beach next to the sandy beach! There are also various dining options at all hours of the day until late at night. Our little friends will be delighted with the games in the square and the ladies with the open market and events near the fountain, or other forms of entertainment in Moudania (e.g. theater) and beyond! The apartment is equiped with a coffee machine, cold coffee mixer, blender, water boiler, pots, dishes, tapers, towels, iron and ironing board, buckets, tools, pharmacy, air fans, books, games, toys, dvd player, hats for the beach, mosquito repellant machine and more. You will find several breakfastplaces, bakeries or beach coffee shops/bars. From morning to very late night you will always find access to good quality food and markets. Younger children will have a great time at the central open plazza with the fountain, the carrousel and all the games, while ladies will enjoy shopping at the open market and the cultural events taking place there, or in Moudania.
