Private room-The House Next Door

This is a private room on the second floor, the home has been remodeled, yet it has the stain glass, original woodwork and charm from it’s beginning in 1890. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom located on the second floor. The main floor has living, dining, study, kitchen, powder and family room for guest to use while staying at the house. Guest staying a week or longer have access to laundry in the basement. There is a large patio and grill for outdoor dining. The house is 2 blocks from grocery store, 3-6 blocks to restaurants, bakery and pizza. Faribault has many historic buildings and schools to drive through or tour. We are 2 blocks from the river(kayaking), bike trail and less than a mile from Alexander Park/ Water Park. Several lakes with-in 10 miles for fishing or picnic. Faribault is on 35W just 40 miles south of Minneapolis.
