The Department. One bedroom studio with loft

This out building used to be our pottery studio. We turned it in to part of our backyard paradise. Our small beach town is perfect for a getaway. Our neighborhood is quiet, with full time residents. This is a one bedroom with a loft. Sleeping is a queen in the bedroom, a double futon in the living room and 2 single futons on floor space in the loft-really only good for kids over 8 yrs old. They have to climb the blue ladder, but they love it. The space Our family lives in the front house. The back building is a stand alone apartment and my office space. The yard and pool area is shared. Guests have a private entrance and parking spot out back. Our home is in the historic district of New Smyrna Beach. It is a short distance to the downtown area and a short ride to the beach. We are one block off the river. The apartment is in a shared building in our back yard. My office is also in the building. I am a designer. I do have clients come and go during business hours. You may hear us from the hours of 9am to 5pm. After that we are very quiet and back in the house. Guest access You have access to your apartment, single parking space out back, the pool and yard. We have a few old beach bikes you can borrow if they are around, paddles boards (2) are available. We are not responsible for what you do or where you go in them. There is also a grill for cooking. Down town is .8 miles away, walkable. Other things to note This is a residential neighborhood, everyone around us live quietly so there are no parties allowed. also you must be at least 25 to rent with us.
