The space Your space --FLAT-- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the building has a daytime concierge service. There is no elevator. The accommodation has a conditioning / heating system. --BEDROOM AREA-- -Double bed (brand new matress July 2022!) Bed sheets and pillowcases provided every 3 days. -Big wardrobe. --BATHROOM-- Bathroom has a glass panel shower. -Towels and bathroom mat provided every 3 days. Soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. --KITCHEN-- The kitchen equipment is complete. There is a table with two chairs. We supply local olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and for breakfast toasts, butter, jams and honey. The refrigerator has a zone for frozen food and one for food where you will find a bottle of Kefalonian dry white Robola wine, mineral water and fruit juice. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine with coffee and tea bags. There is a washing machine (with a drying rack on balcony) and an ironing system. Only electricity is used for cooking and heating food. --BALCONY-- - One table on the garden view balcony with two comfortable chairs. --SAFETY-- The accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher positioned under the small oven, a fire blanket which is close to the oven and a first aid kit placed inside the wardrobe. --OTHER SERVICES-- Transfer from the airport or anywhere else to the apartment is provided with an extra cost.
