Other things to note You will be required to walk to the third level of the community to access the home. This is a top floor condo with gorgeous Mountain views. The fireplace is disabled for the summer season May - November. Amenities at the community: All of the common area amenities, including the hot tubs, pools, volleyball court, or grill stations may be closed for all or part of your stay with us. The HOA are following all state and local guidelines which could change at any time. Please check with our team before arrival for the current status of the amenities at this property. *The pool and spa area will be closed from May 1 - May 5* Please Note: Only one parking pass is available for the unit, which is highly enforced during our peak tourist seasons. Located on the free city bus route, there are two bus stations by this complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center and trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store. Like most mountain homes, this unit is not equipped with AC. We provide fans in the summertime to pool the cool night time mountain breeze inside.
