Welcome to your new favorite Santa Barbara getaway. Cleaning done on a medical grade level after each guest to ensure your health and safety. The attached guest house has a separate entrance in the back of the house off the private court yard. Large living room with a comfortable pull out couch to the right and a kitchen and fireplace to the left. Large bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. This cozy space includes a gas fireplace will keep you warm and ac units for summer heat. The space Please read entire description before booking. This home is centrally located, close to the beaches, UCSB, a 10min drive to downtown Santa Barbara and easy access to many of the beautiful sights in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The house is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate 6 if needed. There is ample street parking and a spot in the driveway as well. ***As you enter the front door you will see how easy it is to relax in your new air conditioned Santa Barbara getaway. The open concept living room includes a flatscreen tv. The living room opens up to the fully stocked kitchen including a 4 burner gas stove. The spacious patio deck welcomes you with a fire pit and comfortable chairs to enjoy the beautiful Santa Barbara nights. Beyond the patio you will find a huge yard complete with a tree house that offers a peek of island and ocean views. There is enough room up there to kick a soccer ball around or just enjoy the sunset. Guest interaction We most likely won't be here but are always available via phone, text or email if you should have any questions. Neighborhood overview Close to the Santa Barbara airport, Goleta train station, UCSB, and the beaches. Downtown is just about a 10 min drive. Getting around If you don't have a car Uber and Lyft are easily available and there is a bus stop within walking distance of the house. Parking on the street is always available. Other things to note There are many amazing restaurant near by and around town but if you feel like ordering in we like to use SBMenus. Calle real is very close has every type of food you can think of from burgers to Mexican but if you want some amazing sushi we love going to Goleta sushi house on Hollister in old town Goleta. Guest access We will share the driveway in front of the garage but you will have room for 2 cars to park tandem on the side of the house near the entrance. There is a grey lockbox located on the gate before you enter the courtyard. Other things to note This is an attached private unit. With its own separate entrance.
