It is located minutes away from the "Cathedral Falls", and "Hawks Nest" an overview looking down from a lofty mountain upon the winding "New River" coming out of NC. It is an awesome sight. The New River Gorge the newest National Park is near on the way to it you have beautiful scenery. You will see the falls at the Kanawaha park, you will see the Cathedral Falls a must see. You can also see Hawks Nest with its trails recommend. You will want to see, Long Point trail. Google for directions. It brings you out to a rocky top overlooking the valley of the NRG.
