Our private hotel is classified as a remarkable property in Reims. It was built in 1890 to be a private bank. We have completely restored it, keeping its exceptional architectural elements and bringing a contemporary design to the kitchens, bathrooms, etc. It is exceptional and ideal for spending festive moments with family or friends, especially after the COVID years that we have all experienced. It is large and very functional. The space This listing is for renting our private mansion over 400 m2 on 4 floors . You will have the entirety of our private mansion on 4 floors (basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor). There are 4 bedrooms for two or four people. The bedrooms are of unequal sizes, some are very large and one is very small. There are two very large bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one for two and one for 4). The large living room serves as a 5th bedroom if you need it. On the ground floor there is a very small bedroom with adjoining toilet in the office. There are 5 different rooms to sleep in. Opposite in the London apartment there are two large beds, a shower room, separate toilets and a small kitchen with a 2nd XL cooktop. In the 35 m2 living room there is a very good quality sofa bed which is very comfortable. The dining room is 40 m2 and can accommodate either a sit-down meal or we will prepare it buffet style for receptions. In the basement you will find the gym and home cinema. Our property is ideally located in the very center of Reims. You can experience exceptional moments there: If we have agreed on the number of people allowed and the requested overrun between 250 euros to 1000 euros and a deposit check of 1500 euros will be requested: we authorize theses, birthdays, engagements, family reunions, seminars etc. with your friends or family as long as we ask you to remain sober, noise pollution must be contained and reasonable. There are several nightclubs 2 minutes from us so you can extend your party until the early morning. You can organize business seminars, conferences, exhibitions in a beautiful and original place ideally located in the historic center of Reims, close to restaurants, hotels, bars, shops, etc. A supplement will then be requested depending on the number of guests or the event (Christmas, New Year's Day, birthdays, theses, etc.). For Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we will prioritize requests for a minimum of 2 or 3 nights, because we have an excessive number of requests for these dates. It is safe and very pleasant because it has extraordinary dimensions. You will keep wonderful memories of the beautiful moments you have spent with us. Guest access You will have access to our entire property (indoor and outdoor) and you can, depending on availability and with an extra charge, have extra beds (e.g. Paris apartment about 100 euros per night for 4 people). We recommend that you book it at the same time if it is available as our private hotel. Other things to note Other apartments located on the 4th floor of our building with direct access are also on Airbnb and can be rented at the same time (of course if they are available on the dates you are interested in).
