FAMILY BEACHOUSE, Greenwaves, just metres from Stockton Beach. Both living areas have bifold doors to take in the ocean views from Newcastle Heads to Nelson Bay - bifold doors open out to balcony upstairs, bifold doors access a private garden downstairs. Fabulous for families or 2 couples. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids. NB: Requests for more than 4 Adults will not be accepted, we will not accept any request by people on behalf of others (the person booking must be the person staying). The space Welcome to Greenwaves, our newly renovated townhouse at "The Pines" directly across from beautiful Stockton beach, with 30 miles of golden sand. Just walk out the door and you are 30m from the sand and surf....... It is available for holiday accommodation and short term accommodation, particularly suitable for families. Our beach house has lots of character with original artworks and beach finds. Greenwaves is particularly suited for those who like a bit of retro charm and are looking for a relaxing and tranquil space to chill out and enjoy the beach and all the other activities that Stockton, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley have to offer. Especially events such as the Supercars in Newcastle. Greenwaves has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable upstairs lounge with bifolds doors that open onto a balcony with ocean views. An open plan kitchen and dining room with bifold doors opening to the front garden and views. An outdoor deck at the rear (opens onto a private rear lane) with teak furniture and gas BBQ. The third bedroom doubles as a rumpus room/chillout zone. It has bunkbeds and a large daybed . This room opens to the sunny and protected deck/backyard area with bi-folding doors, giving easy access to the outdoor entertaining area. PLEASE NOTE, MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS IS 4. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER. There are two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs, and a recently renovated (but retaining retro 70s charm) combined shower/bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with espresso machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry/wet room with a front loading washing machine and storage for surfboards and beach equipment. Greenwaves has a decent sized flat screen with Apple TV to access streaming services and wifi available for the duration of your stay. If only adults are staying then the space can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults in 2 double beds. It can accommodate 4 adults and 2 young children (4 adults in 2 double beds, 2 children in single bunks. Please note we do not allow any more than 4 adults in the property under any circumstances. Guest access Guests can access all rooms in the house. Parking is available in front of the house or at the rear. It's never a problem to park. Other things to note We provide fresh linen for the beds with quilts and pillows, with extra blankets. We also provide bath towels and a bath mat. We ask that guests bring beach towels. No smoking. No parties - its a quiet residential area. BBQ must be left in clean condition - guests will be charged professional cleaning fee if it is left dirty. Stockton is literally only across the water from Newcastle and there is a regular, inexpensive ferry service. However, please note that to drive to Newcastle is a 20 minute car journey.
