Perfect for weekends or stays for families or groups of friends. Our house can accommodate up to 10/12 people. It is a very pleasant, large and bright house, located in a very peaceful area. The large beach of Les Sables d'Or is a 5-minute walk away. Our property is surrounded by a very large garden: ideal for children's games or naps. The Sables d'Or golf course touches the property (holes 9, 17 and 14) and the tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away. The space The house is on 3 levels. On the garden level you will find 2 bedrooms: - bedroom 1 with a double bed 180 X 190 - bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4 single beds 90 X 190) and a double bed 140 X 190 with a games corner (board games, kaplas, building games, puzzles) and books, a bathroom (shower) and toilet. In the attic, we have set up a bedroom (1 double bed 140 X 190). This room is accessed via an external staircase. The main part of the house is composed of a large kitchen, a bright living room, 2 bedrooms (double beds 140 X 190) a bathroom and separate toilet and a large very bright veranda: the ideal room for meals and aperitifs... We have 2 cots for babies and small children. Sheets and linens are not provided. But we offer guests who wish a linen package (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and bath towel) for 7 euros per person, with beds made upon arrival. Other things to note lockbox
