Private completely renovated two bedroom cottage located in the heart of Golden. This home comfortably sleeps six with three queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom and a separate private sunroom attached. This is perfect extra space for meditation, a baby room, or an extra guest. The home has a private patio with a large oversized BBQ, a picnic table that seats 8 and a cushy love seat under the covered porch. The space Completely remodeled home with modern open floor plan. We have a new 60 in flat screen "smart" TV with 6 point surround sound. The system is Blue Tooth compatible for playing music. The eat in kitchen features a high top kitchen table that seats 4 but expands to seat 6 with built in table leaf. The master features a private bathroom and enclosed patio attached for multiple uses such as extra bedroom or babies crib or even meditation. We also have a private patio for relaxing after a long active day. The patio features a picnic table that seats 8, and an extra large BBQ. Guest access The entire home plus private mud/laundry and fenced patio. Guests will have multiple parking spaces in front of house on our dead end street.
