Cable TV, Alexa , high speed wi-fi, Central Air conditioning & Heat, washing machine & dryer, laundry & dish soap, microwave, fridge, and gas range. Large landscaped front and back yards, plus driveway provide ample space for outdoor recreation. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ , gas fire pit, pool and patio furniture to enjoy an outdoor CA lifestyle! Read the reviews - the setting is remarkable! And the private estate is close to all things Napa! You won't be disappointed. Guest access You will have private access to the home and grounds. Enjoy gorgeous views of the vineyards and large outdoor space. We only rent to one party at a time. Outside guests and pets are not allowed without prior written permission from the host. We do not allow subletting, and the person who secured the reservation must be present the entire length of the rental period. Feel free to use our Peloton Bike, but please bring your own shoes. There are also small weights and yoga mats so you can work out on the deck or in the expansive yards. There is ample room for 3 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. The home is fully stocked for daily living, with new kitchen appliances and cozy bedding and all the comforts of home. The bathrooms are spacious and the Master is stunningly updated. Please bring extra pool towels and any desired pool supplies/toys (there are floaties, lawn furniture to use). Please note the pool does not have a cover so you use at your own risk and under strict supervision of all guests. The rate is based on 6 guests. There is an extra nightly charge for guests over 6. Security deposit must be received at least 24 hours prior to access/arrival. Other things to note Let us know if you have any questions!
