My residence is located in a quiet residential quarter, nearby the well known “Villaggio Verde”, is only 10 minutes walk from Sorrento's Downtown (and possibily accessible by nearby avaliable public trasport). The space My residence, which has been completely renovated both outside and inside the apartment, is located at second floor (the elevator is available) of a modern building which enjoys the use of two unique characteristic: - perfumes of a typical sorrento's garden, full of citrus and olive trees - the spectacular view of the entire Naples gulf, dominated by the towering Vesuvius The house it's split into three comfortable and idependent accommodations, with the possibility to be unified into a single large apartment: Studio "ti coccolo", Studio “ti incanto” and Apartment "ti accolgo" (described in two previous announcements). The house is furnished in a modern and elegant fashion, sober, but still endowed with all comfort, so as you can find home atmosphere and meanwhile enjoy a mini hotel services and welcome. “ti coccolo” is an about 270 ft2 studio with full kitchenette and w.c., plus a terrace provided with little table and 2 chairs. Little but lovely, it's the ideal solution for 2 people, but also a third one can be accomodated. It's furnished with a double bad, a sofa bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV 32”, table with 4 chair, fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven with grill, 2 bowl sink, private toilet and shower cubicle In terms of costs and availability, the permanence we offer it's the ideal solution for different housing needs, (couples, families, groups of friends, etc.), especially for those who want to breathe a fresh, friendly and quiet breeze , taking advantage of guest privileges without ever feeling foreign. Guest access The guests have the opportunity to use the entire Studio, which is independent from the rest of the dwelling. Other things to note The last part of the path (of about 500 feet) is uphill, but the small exertion to climb will be rewarded by the magnificient vista over the Vesuvio and the entire gulf of Naples you will bask in on the apartment balconies, especially at sunset.
